This association consists of Senior members and Associate members.  Senior members consists of the representative office of or a U.S. corporation wholly owned by companies set up under the laws of China and licensed by the Chinese government. Associate members include individuals, corporations, or associations who actively engages or intends to engage in trading with China. All membership is subject to the final approval of the Board of Directors. Only Senior members have voting rights.
